Tudela Cogollos

The Ebro River, which flows through the Tudela garden, produces excellent quality vegetables. This is why the lettuces grown here stand out from the rest for their size and intense flavor, with long, thick, and strong leaves, each with shades ranging from green on the outer leaves to yellow at the heart.

Their natural cultivation extends from autumn to spring, although they are cultivated year-round.
